Tackling Barriers
By addressing specific barriers affecting the African/Caribbean corporate climb in our events, alongside the infrastructure and additional services Equality Partnership will build around it, our offering will impact on the African/Caribbean deficit spanning entry to board level staff across institutions, both now, and into the future.
We feel it is important to demystify the corporate entry and ascension process. By facilitating interaction top industry experts, highly respected keynote speakers and the most senior level members of staff, and the sharing of experiences and expertise, attendees will come away with tangible and actionable skills and guidance. Our principal aim is to aid increased African/ Caribbean representation in the corporate world.
